Fiorentina, one of Italy’s most impressive teams will visit Venezia, one of Italy’s most struggling teams in what should be a very comfortable win for the visitors.
Fiorentina have struggled tremendously to hold their own in Serie A in recent times, as fans have begun to get used to mid-table positions and regular defeats at the hands of fellow giants of the division.
Regardless of this, they are starting to move forward in the right manner and they are currently one of the best teams in Serie A so far.

It would be a bit of a push to class Fiorentina as title challengers throughout this season, but considering Napoli, Inter Milan and AC Milan are all beginning to forge their own race for the league crown, Fiorentina moving to 5th after today’s win will be impressive.
Ultimately, the aim for this season from Vincenzo Italiano’s men will be to qualify for European football, and to do so, they must win here to be ahead of both Atalanta and Juventus just behind them.
Nevertheless, their 12 points from seven games so far puts them in a good place early on, as they’ve won four and lost three.
What will worry the Fiorentina faithful right now, however, is their goals conceded. The club have managed to concede 11 goals and score only 10 of their own so far and other than in their recent win over Udinese and their Coppa Italia victory earlier in the season, clean sheets have been hard to come by.
With this in mind, Venezia have a chance, but it is hard to make a bid for them winning a game in Serie A right now as it truly has been a tough start for them.
In fact, the only thing that has prevented them dropping into the relegation zone after seven games is the even worse form of Salernitana and Spezia, while Cagliari sit bottom of the division without a win.
Venezia have managed to get a win on the board, however, and with a further two draws to their name, they sit with five points right now and a win could push them as high as 14th, depending on results elsewhere.
Sportsgetto expects Fiorentina to get a hard fought win away.
